My wife is pregnant with twins, which we were both thrilled about, but she was due about 4 weeks ago.

She has had regular ultrasound scans, all of which have shown no problems or complications, so she sees no reason to induce labour now. This is possibly because she loves the feeling of being pregnant.

But I can't help but feel that the longer she leaves the pregnancy, the harder it'll be to have the babies without the need for invasive surgery. The doctors are of little help, as they can do nothing unless she agrees to allow their intervention.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do? Should I let her continue the pregnancy until she goes into labour naturally, decides to be induced, or begin having problems?
