SO yeah i woke uplets say at 3:40 ish....to go to the bathroom...so went and when i wiped it was all bloody..like period blood...so i looked in the toilet and the water was red...so i called the doctor at 3:50 (i know that for sure lol) and the on call doctor called me back and told me to go to the hospital cause i was feelingmy belly tighten but i didnt have painful contractions yadda yadda.....so i went to the hospital and they hooked me up to the fetal monitors and then after a while took me to have a sono to check the placenta and the amniotic sac my guess is everything was fine since nothing was said about it anywho i was taken back up to the room and again hooked up to the fetal monitors and the contraction machine thingy...and at this point my contractions were starting to be painful and at about every 6-7 min...so i laid in the bed for a while and my contractions were getting closer 4-6 min then the doc came in to examine me because of the bleeding and to see if i was dialting or effacing more.. i was at 2 cm and 80% effaced she said that she would keep me for a while to monitor my contractions..well they had a shift change while i was there and another doctor came and he checked me and then sent me home...no monitoring..i am still having contractions...he didnt tell me if i had dialted more or if i was more effaced....pretty much i think he is a dick.....plus i am at home still having contractions and i dont know when i should go in or if i shouldcall my contractions are at about 4 min apart and they are kinda mild not strong but still i dunno....oh well wanted to share....i hurt...yay..!...and still no Gabby.... ↓

| Wow - sounds like Gabby will be here soon! I would take a warm bath - that will relax you and maybe get things moving, and if not it will at least feel good. And if you have any last minute things to do to get ready for baby I would do it now, or else you'll end up like me! We had nothing ready when Zoe made her surprise appearance! How long are your contractions lasting? If they are 4 minutes apart and last at least a minute, I would call the doctor. Mine were 2 minutes apart when I got to the hospital, but they were only last about 30 - 45 seconds. Eventually they started lasting longer but from when they were 2 min. apart it was 9 more hours until I delivered. ↑ |

| Well that's what I would pay attention to for awhile. See if the contractions get longer. It should start with mild discomfort and then increase until it's pretty uncomfortable and then start to get mild again - taking about a minute or longer. That's when you know you're getting close. Or you could go lift something really heavy and see if your water breaks lol! Go on a bumpy motorcycle ride and then move all the furniture in your house lmao!! At least when your water breaks you know they're going to admit you to the hospital. Contractions are such a guessing game. ↑ |

yeah mara after Gabby is out i am keeping my legs crossed too.....and getting birthcontrol..and probably making jonathan wear a condom...no more babies for a while...like 3-4 years....lol...

OMG i am still having contractions.....GAH
the docs wont let me come in cause they are the same as when they released me this morning....
i just put together all the baby stuff that still needed to be put together....thats meand all of it...lol (stroller, bassinet, swing, pack in play..the pack in play i just wanted to see put all together lol)
and i ahve been going up and down the stairs trying to induce my labor...lol.....

| Are you still bleeding? If your contractions keep coming at a steady intervals (around 5 minutes apart from start to start) then just go to the hospital, they will check you and then call your doctor if you need to. Hopefully the contractions are causing you to dialate and it won't be long! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Good luck! :-) ↑ |

| I'm sorry to hear your having such a hard time with all that Danese! I think I had a pretty painless labor. It was long, and I was tired as hell by the time I had the C-Section but I didnt feel my contractions after they started getting painful cuz I jumped at the opportunity for an epidural. They couldnt let me leave the hospital because my water broke (thats what started my labor). I wish you lots of luck! Get that water broken and they cant tell you no! ↑ |
