I was wondering if I should be taking Omega 3 _ fatty acid supplements. I dont eat any kind of seafood and I read that you get your omega 3 from fish. I also read that it is extrememly good for your grwing baby - especially in the 3rd trimester. I am 28 weeks now, I just figured my daily prenatal vitamins would provide me with just enough of everything I needed but I have read that ladies also take the Omega 3 supplement as well.
I am going to ask about it at my doctors appointment on thursday but I was wondering what your laadies oppinions were and if any of you took them? If you google it is says that it increases brain development and is really good to take during the third trimester. ↓
