First of all HI! I haven't been to the forums in a couple months I guess---I loved it here before I had my little guy and just haven't had time to sit down since (He was a new years baby--January 1st). Its been fun reading back and catching up with everyone and seeing new peps......
My question is for the ones w/ babies---I am curious when you saw that first smile?? I can't remember when my first smiled (it was 7 years ago)---and everything that I have read most start smiling around 6-7 weeks. Well, Kaden is going on 7 weeks and no smiles yet. I know all babies are different--but I am beginning to think he doesn't find us funny- LOL! :) So when did your little ones start??

My second daughter was not a "smiler". Just her personality I guess. Her smiles were few and far between and reserved for mostly mommy & daddy. Every one else got solemn stares. LOL.

Yeah, the longer it goes the more I think its just the way he is...not a smiler. :)

My Kaden started smiling at around 5.5 weeks. Now he is 10 weeks and he is laughing a little now and has huge smiles. He will only smile at me and my husband and our cats...mostly me though. He seems to make strange with people already...I didn't think that happened so young. Is that normal?

my daughter was born Dec. 8th and her first smile (not from "gas") was at 5 weeks. She is now 10 weeks and smiles constantly!
