oh ive had that too! LOL im 32 weeks, and i thought maybe it was from walking around the track the other night, but no, then i thought well maybe it was from sex.. haha nope.. still there. it could be ur sciatic nerves, restless leg syndrome is also very common. i just put up with it b.c its not all the painful its like i ran a couple miles though lol

I'm pretty sure it's normal. I am 30 weeks and for the past couple of weeks I had to start sleeping with a pillow between my legs otherwise my inner upper thighs hurt bad. They still hurt but not as bad if I sleep with the pillow inbetween my legs. And it gets worse from walking around a lot too. From what I've been reading it's just because all of our joints are really loose and the muscles have to carry around extra weight and that weight is no longer evenly balanced.

This is my second and the first preg. I didn't have this at all. I also sleep with a pillow between my legs. It also feels like i ran a couple of miles, but I didn't do that. It really hurts when I go up and down the steps. I have a toddler and he is constantly needing me to go up and down the steps. In addition our only bathroom is on the second floor, so everytime I take in 1oz of fluid and have to pee I have to climb the stairs again.

I am so ready to go early.

sounds like the muscles just arent all that used to being used, so they get worn out easily and they also arent having enough time to heal. when you work out you actually destroy muscle/damage it, so your body has to heal, it usually does that in your sleep. which i assume is somewhat interrupted due to well being pregnant. lol .. I cannot sleep without apillow betweenmy legs now, its completely flat and worn in, but i still need it there i dono why. i love to lay on my back but can only do it if i have my leg leg up, like knee in the air. otherwise my tailbone/spine where they meet feels like someone just crushed it and my back locks up completely. it does it when i walk too much and sometimes when i try to stand up. i wish i could help you out and tell you what might help feel better but i take baths and they helps a little but only while in the bath tub lol .. goodluck and dont go early lol be a champ! LOL yeah easier said than done haha
