I used to be loseing 5 pounds a month but now i need to pump it up and do more like i can 1,000 situps a day or more like 200 evey hour for 10 ten hours and i can d0 20 pushups every hour for ten hours and i can do a workout video and if i doo alll thet and eat 1 time a week will i lose 10 pounds a month or more of fat like so sac i lose ten pounds and see a big diffence in clothing sizes

average weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, but if your young you can lose more. eat about 1200 calories a day and excrise. Stay way form junk food, fast food and sugar. Learn to love lean meats such as chicken and fish. Love your veggies and fruit. That alone should make you lose 10 pounds in a month and you will go down a clothing size, cardio....like running is a great excrise. But always check with you doctor before you start a program.--oh and try to drink 70oz of water a day.

ok thanks but i need like wat exercises burn the most calories
