Hi depressed at 16. . .Maybe you should talk to your parents and see if you could switch into a different school. Sometimes it is better to be around new people and in a new environment. ↑

Don't be scared and don't hate your self. wht do they make fun of you is it really cuz they thinl you fear everything. Its ok if you do fear alot of stuff but remember you only get to live once on this earth so you might as well have the most fun you can. Just try to be happy have fun and dont be afraid to take a risk every once in a while. ↑

i suffer from depression as well and find that setting time aside for myself and doing something i love to do helps. Whether it's a pedicure or a peaceful day at the beach, it really help you get at peace with yourself. Also try yoga classes- and don't worry boys do yoga too!! keep a journal and record your feelings, it helps to write. ↑

this week i wanted to give up...the only reason i didnt was beacuse i didnt have the tools...no gun...nor did i have the right recipe to death...like pills in my cabinet...if im gonna try im gonna do it right... well...
i dont have any key to fix it either way
one thing i have is my gym membership...
i lift weights...but i JOG
it processes things
i may come home and sleep or have to rely on other things like food
but i think the best think i like to do is jog...
meditation works really well... breathing excersices...
lie down, make yourself comfortable on your back
exhale all the way.. to the point where there is nothing left
breathe in (into you gut not your ribs, your gut) for 6 seconds...hold it for 4...exhale slowly for 6 seconds...then repeat that cycle 6 times.
it may take three or four sessions to get to the point of neutrality
email me if you want
i would love to tell you more
thanks for having this problem.... i now remember tools to help me.
THANK YOU ↑
