|Anorexia is NOT a diet. It's a disease. Just because you try to starve yourself does not make you anorexic. It's just not something you become. If you want to lose weight, go ahead and eat less, exercise more. When you feel hungry, ask yourself if you really need to eat. Remember that if you restrict your intake too much, your body will think you're starving, and it'll start holding onto fat. ↑|
