Okay so I am in quite the pickel...
Ive been bbulimic for a couple years now..okay a few... and uh about a month ago i went cold turkey, right...
so then that made me a little anorexic in fear of weight loss.....
Okay so the part that i have all fukd up---
about a week ago or two i started trippin out cuz im house sitting... I just went insain eating eating eating... like hella shit... spagetti ravioli garlic bread ice cream yogurt, i even put some granola on it....cereal....a cheese sandwich, a fish stick and cheese sandwich(dont ask it was on the box).....

Right right so it hurt really bad all that food in me, im a little girl 5'2 98lbs..... so i figured i had no choice, i threw it all up.....
but wait theres more, i have been doing this daily... and worse than i ever was even in the past, i do it like 4 or 5 times a day, i used only once a day... dinner, thats it....
Well what i am trying to get at here is does anyone know why can anyone explain this??? can anyone talk me down? or help?

oh oh wait, more problem, i have been gaining wait too... i think i like puke it all out but i must not be... help?

has something bad happened to you in your personal life recently?
because i throw up because im fat and because i dont feel loved at home.
like in PERFECT she barfs because she feels like her dads death is being ignored.

A lot of stuff..
Me and my boyfriend of a year might break up, and we live together.....
I got in car accident and i was driving, my friend died.....
I just got fired from one of my jobs, a restaurant, i still have rite aid though...
i think i am going to kill myself if i keep this up..
i said i wouldnt puke today or even eat so that i know i wont puke....
so far i have eaten 2 eggs toast and 2 bowls of cereal... Rice and this chili sauce i put on top--last nights dinner i made... my stomach hurts so bad but i want more cereal..

i use to do that a lot too.
i wud sneak downstairs @ night while everyone was asleep & raid the fridge.
it soon became a horrible habit.
But then i began to gradually decrease the amount of food i ate until i stopped eating @ night.

ur body probably couldn't take all the years of not having food.
if u eat slow ur food will have time to digest & then you will feel full.

it's because even if you get all the food up you still absorb 60% of the calories, so I've read

As for your back-sliding, it's like when I've tried to quit smoking. If I've gone without and think I can just smoke a couple, I'll end up smoking a carton in a couple of days. Anything you go back to that's an addiction, you'll do ten times worse at first. If you can, (this sounds weird) get back to where you were before you stopped. Then, if you want to get help, rather than cold turkey and alone, try to get someone to help you and give you the tools/tricks to get healthy. I commend you for trying, but sometimes we need help from either professionals or those who've gone through the same thing. Good luck.
