I have tried working out and dieting but nothing I have only lost 10lbs in nearly two months. I was wondering if you knew of any better ideas. I am tired of being FAT
on top of that I have thyroid problems I just want to throw it all up but I dont know how.

wat do u mean only two months ... it takes time ... u cant except so much of a weight loss in just 2 months . keep working out and take up cardio or kickboxing to boost metabolism ....
The truth is, there's no short cut to weight loss. It takes effort and discipline and, of course, patience. However, it doesn't have to be a miserable experience and you don't have to starve yourself to do it. Eat up!

Do you have a personal trainer that can help you out? You really don't want to throw up. I know I might sound like a hypocrite but it freakin sucks having to suffer after every meal.
