omg i was thinking the EXACT same thing all day today! i completely gave in and ate a pancake and cookiedough and then wanted to kill myself and went and ran 7 miles. and then i think, you know if i hadnt eaten that and were running this much i'd actually be LOSING weight instead of just fighting against GAINING weight. it feels so much better being ana than mia, at least thats how i feel.. anyway i do have some good tips; sometimes they work, sometimes they dont, depending on i guess ur determination. you can email me if you want at [email protected] ↑ |
