this week I have not eaten any thing and still not loosing any weight?
what in the hell is my problem?
last week I lost 8 lb , but I stopped loosing any!
I have my vitamins , drink water alot..alot of sport but I just cANT , any one can help please?

you need to eat to lose weight,even several small meals throughout the day. if u stop eating all together, your body thinks its starving and your metabolism slows so u will stop losing.

ok when u get answers please emial me i wish i could give u advice but i cant but i would like to talk to u about anorexia cuz im now doin it and ive only done it for 5 days but i feel i hvaent lost NE weight...and i would loove for sumone who is in the same situation [email protected] thanks..

please stop starving yourself it's not the way to go. first of all why do you think you need to loose it, ask yourself that question? are you trying to be happy to look outside and not focusing first to look happy and satisfied with yourself inside. Try to think about it... You sound desporate for some reason and it must be a bigger reason then just to fit in certain dress size?
ask yourself that question.

your not losing weight because your body isnt getting the nurtients it needs... if you starve yourself then your stomach shrinks, yes but then once you do eat something...anything it could be an apple anything small it will make you gain weight faster... you need eat 3 meals a day...trust me i've been doing it... it sucks it makes you feel fat the first few days but trust me you'll start to see a difference if you eat small healthy meals an try not to snack.... just dont starve your self... it doesnt work at all
