hello my names sean i am 15 i have just been to the doctors and i have bulima i have been like this ever since i was raped 3 months ago i lost my mom to cancer i just have a dad i lots my dog i loved her so much anyway i was woundering if anyone can help i need tips to hid from my dad i dont want to hurt him ive got nothing i just need someone to help me plezzzzz ↓

Hey sean. the only advice i can give you is to not hide your disease. Because the longer you hide it the worse it gets. You should tell your dad when your ready. it doesn't sound like your ready right now, so maybe write in a journal or talk to a counselor. I know these things sound corny but it helps. If you talk about your problem over and over youll understand why you have it. Your really young so i would recommend telling someone as soon as possible because the longer you hide it from the oeople you love the worse it gets, ↑
