I eat dina, vegetarian dina of less than 200 calories a dae every 2nd day nd eat a slice a bread evry odd dae- im on a diet and i was wndering if i am doing enuf to lose weit, i also exercise 2hhrs? wat du uz think?

I think you eat barely enough at all...How old are you?I wish I had the stats you do!! You must be pretty young to not be eatting. I wish I was able to not eat like you...I think you're doing fine..You should get a scale and that way you'll be able to know for sure you're loosing the weight you want

if you are eating that little your metabolism will slow down and you will have a really hard time loosing weight. Eat healthy and exercise - you will loose weight and keep it off.

I also think you should at least eat something like vegetables and fruits...Your body needs stuff it cant' get from starving itself..If you don't eat at all, your body will eventually start eatting itself, that's a bad thing..You need to do like "rex" says and eat healthy while exercizing...You'll loose the most weight that way, plus it will be the healthy way!! Good luck!!
