Don't lose out on meals in an attempt to be skinny. Eat the right amount of calories and eat healthier. Exercise and drink water. Dancing, jogging, walking a few miles a day. Get a stepconuter and set a limit for yourself. or go to your doctor and get a diet, or a dietician. ↑ |
