I just had a baby, he is 6 weeks old, but i am ready to be thinner than i was before i had him. I am 5'2 and 135, i want to be 110 or lower. Please any advice? I work out and then i eat too much. How do i stop eating during the day then eat only when my husband is home?

hey, i know how you feel. I had a baby 4 months ago. My second. After my first, i didn't have a problem with my weight. I was 115 lbs before I had him. But after having my second, i am obsessed with losing the weight.
If I get super hungry during the day, i have 5 saltine crackers and a ton of water, that seems to keep me full for a long time, and its only 60 cals. At first it is way hard, cause your used to eating, but your body will get used to it and after a few days or weeks, you wont be so hungry. Also, you can buy hard candies that are fat free and only like 10 cal a peice. They help me out a lot. Hope this helps.
