Bulimia is never an answer. Diet and exercise are the way you get skinny. And you should really consider dropping the notion that you want to be "perfect". Perfect is subjective, perfect for you is different than perfect for someone else. I am a CPT - you can check out my site at http://bodybeautifulfitnesstrainer.com. Feel free to email me there with any specific questions, or sign up for an online training program. But whatever you do - do not begin with an eating disorder. If I am not the right person to help you, there are plenty of other options: weight watchers is one of the most highly recommended diets out there, and they have great results. There's jenny craig, also an option. My advice would be to get your diet under control and begin an exercise program. If you've tried them in the past and they haven't worked, then perhaps you didn't commit fully enough. But bulimia is NOT the answer. Good luck to you. ↑ |
your question is the same thing if you would ask if it would be ok to take drugs in order not to feel depressed. No it's not ok to start an addiction. You should read some of the people's comments who is really trying to quit and they can't because they have an addiction either to leave as a bulimic or anorexic.
Try to control yourself of nor over eating and make a healthy food choice you consume. Best of luck to you! ↑ |
