i am trying to lose weight - i have cereal for breakfast then at noon before i head to the gym i have a nutri grain bar and then workout ( alot ) i usually burn 700 carlories then for dinner i always have fish and rice ( one serving ) .. is this ok or should i cut back more and not have rice for dinner

If your dinner is at a regular time-before 7:00p.m, it is great to have rice. I do not eat any carbohydrates after 7:00p.m. I would look at adding a little more protein into your daily food intake-even a protein shake is good. You do not want to deplete your muscles of protein, when you work out you need to add protein with in 1 hour, so your body does not "eat" its own muscles for protein.

wow . i didnt know ur body could eat away ur muscle .. thanks and yeah i usually eat early cause i have trouble sleeping if i eat late . oh so protien shakes it is . thanks !
