hi, im 16 && although im convinced i didn't have an eating disorder--ill admit i went through some difficult times with food.

im trying to get back on track now && id really like to have someone to talk to. ive told my best friend about this and her solution was to "just eat." unfortunatly, its not that simple. but im trying!

i wish i could talk to someone around my age who went through some of the things i did. maybe we could help eachother get back on track?

so post if you want to talk && maybe we could talk on aim too

Yes, hi. I'm 16 as well. I've struggled with bulimia since I was 12. By the time I was 14, I'd only eat once a day and throw up EVERYTHING I ate. Now, i'm 16 turning 17 in december and I'm still not completly cured. I'm not anorexic. &' have been since I was 15. I've lost people over not eating. People don't understand that its like there's a huge brick wall up that keeps us from eating. Its almost near impossable it seems like. So I unserstand EVERYTHING you're talk'n abouut &' going through. I'd love to talk &' help you with thiss. :)

Hey sweetie!

My name is Jenny, I'm 16 too.
Having Ana inside your brain isn't fun at all, but leating her go means getting FAT.

Here's a tip: start running on the spot. It's becomes a drug; you cannot spend a day without running, your legs just want to move. Other girls who are readng this, try running on the spot. It's hard at the begienning, but after a while, you can run 1200 cals like what I'm doing right now
12 mins= 100 cals gone

Good luck and stay strong :) :) :) :) :)
