|i wouldn't class you as anorexic but i am concerned for you and don't want you to go down that track, sometimes a bad virus can do that but try to make yourself eat the three meals a day even if you don't want it and if not it is always best to talk to your doctor but please there are some people that give really bad advice on this chat line do not get raked into it ok use your comen sense and take care, anorexia is not a path you want to go down i am a survivor of it and it has done alot of damage to my body so please take all means neccessary to avoid it and [professional help is always best. |It depends you're anorexic as you're not eating for 'control' as such.. (( im guessing this from what you have said ))|
But you ARE physically IF you weigh 15% under the average weight for your height.
You should just start out with small portion's.. and start eating more slowly.
I'm not going to say that it will be easy.. because it WONT be.
