Hi,

Thanks for sharing parts of your story. My name is Gary Grahl, and I've been recovered from anorexia, self-injury, and depression for eighteen years now. I published a book called Skinny Boy: A Young Man's Battle and Triumph Over Anorexia. It's based on my six hospitalizations and the process I went through to be RECOVERED. A big theme in my book is how I overcame shame-based thinking, which is common for those with bulimia and anorexia. I'd be happy to support and encourage you on your journey to recovery. My website is "www.skinnyboybook.com".

Believe that you can make changes for health and recovery. It really can be a reality for you, too.

Gary Grahl
