hi, im 19 years old and weigh 130 lbs. I have a muscular build and when i work out and try to lose weight, my muscle mass just builds and it seems like the fat doesnt go away. Lately, ive been trying to eat a lot less, because ive been through extreme sadness 2 times and have lost about 15 lbs each time, but gained about 20 back each time (when i was better). im having a lot of trouble controlling hunger pains- how do i ignore them? in no way, do i intend to be anorexic or get below 120 lbs- i just need to lose these ten lbs- suggestions anyone?

don't necessarily eat less, just eat different healthy, low calorie things

oh i eat really well, which is what bothers me the most. i eat 2 salads a day, with only a little bit of dressing, no cheese or any high calorie toppings. i love fruit and other veggies, and try to limit my carbs. its weird. :(
