2 of my best friend just went through anerxica one is getting help now
and the other one just finished getting help
..there skinny but not OVERR skinnyy...
is itt ok to turn like anerxic for the summer thenn back to eating less than b4

no that is silly. just because ur friends r anorexic u shudnt go down that path. try and be happee the way u r. anorexia is not just some diet it is a serious disease.

If you want to lose your "tummy fat", you're not alone. There are a lot of things you can do. One would be to reduce your sodium intake. Salt, or sodium makes you retain water.

An exercise that worked for me-almost immediately--lay on the floor with your elbows and hands on the floor by your side, but your shoulders off the floor. Get some 2 and a half lbs. ankle weights and put them on (the obvious) your ankles. Pull your knees up to one side of your chest, doing 20 per side. Make sure you feel the burn. If you don't, it isn't working. You'll turn that flab into muscle in no time. You'll look like you've been working out, rather than looking too skinny. Men like women who stay slim by working out, rather than making yourself sick to stay skinny. Skinny is just skinny, in shape is healthy--and hot!!!

Sit-ups and go to a gym I'm a cheerleading captain for my high school and I make the girls do 100 crunches and 50 sit ups a practice. We also do squats and these crunches for lower abs, you have to sit on a bench, chair, bleecher, ect. and sit diagonal then bring both nees up to your chest. Trust me it works everybobody on ousquad has a flat tummies and toned thieghs. Anerexia is not the way to go, because its harder to get out than in and you'll frek your parent's and everyone else out. HEAK NO!I mean look at ur friends know they r going through help!Do u want to go thro the same thing just get skinny have problems in ur stomach cuz u want tobe skinny dont do it!!!!!!
