i have a daughter who is 7 yrs old with epilepsey and learning difficulties. Her epilspsey is well controlled and attends a special needs school which she loves! Iwould like some advice please on how to stay positive and how to control my emotions as i feel isolated and down at times as i have never had any other parents to talk to who is in saaame situation as me.
