I am a divorced mother of three and my 16 yr old son is the last living with me. My ex left me with nothing and I had to struggle for three years to rebuild a life for my son and I. While I was attending school my son managed to get himself mixed up with a really bad crowd that ended badly with a drug dealer hounding him for money. Which of course cost me a small fortune to resolve. I moved him away from those influences and he started doing better. Went from failing to straight A's. The crowd he is with now was decent enough but....one of the girls is pregnant (not his) but, she has recently come into a fortune and is promising him and a small group of friends to buy a house and they all live together. She is promising to buy him a car and put him through school. I cant seem to reason with him at all on this. Should I fight him? report him as a run away if he does? or just let him go? Please help I am desperate for answers

I went through a lot of that when I was a teen. Dont let him go. Report him as a run away. Are the other kids over18? Why are they moving out. Give him the benefit of the doubt and try not to push him to hard on other things but stand your ground with him staying with you. He will be mad but thatnk you for it later.

try not to push him away by making him stay dont stop him from seen his friends but what you gotta do is make him stay with you! this girl must be really F+cked in the head to take so many boys to live with her and her baby and if the moneys shes come into is for the baby she shouldnt be selfish by giving it to her friends its for her baby
