im 19 years old and just found out im pregnant today. Im not addicted to drugs but ive taken extacy 2 times in the past month and drank every weekend. Im about 7 wks. i think. Should i risk having the baby...i dont know what to do! ↓

| i think that if anything, that if you quit now, risk can be lowered but you need to start taking pills that are good for you. like prenatal pills and eating really healthy to help your body with what damage you might have already done, if your serious about this. but then again, you have done it alot and that could be harmful, sometimes that may result in misscarriage. your up to a really high risk during your first trimester (12 weeks) so theres really no telling. if your baby last past then i dont think you should worry about what youve done to your baby rather what you can do for your baby..and u should stop that shyt anyway, its stupid ↑ |

| As long as you don't drink and take any drugs now you will be fine. I was doing some pretty bad stuff when I was pregnant with my son but quit right when I found out I was pregnant. And he's a healthy 8 year old now. So don't worry, you'll be just fine. Good luck! And I don't think anyone has a right to tell you you're not mature enough to handle a baby! Maybe you should have kept that comment to yourself Natali since you don't even know Christina. ↑ |

| I agree with BMG, a baby is a gift from God, and I believe this is Him telling you to stop the drugs and the drinking. (its not good for you anyways). Taking care of yourself now is the first step to having a healthy beautiful baby. I am 35 and have three. I was 19 when I had my first, 31 my second and 33 my third. | i was 2 months pregnant before i found out and had been drinking, smoking and doin drugs nearly every weekend . i said to myself i would stop and i did but then it was' oh i will only have a cople of beers' then it was a bit on the joint, i went through some family trouble and went back to doing cocaine and ecstacy, then, when i was on a high i thought about my little baby and how fast its heart beat already was and taking ecstacy would make it go even faster and i havent done them since, i feel sooo bad for doing them i wish i could turn the clock back and have been more responsible. Anyway my baby is healthy and im 26 weeks pregnant and everything is fine, so if you really want the baby then keep it im sure everything will be ok . x x x ↑ |

| I was 19 when i had my first child as well, I didnt find out I was pregnant until i was 8 weeks.I was going to night clubs every sat night and drinking =, but i never done drugs and as soon as i found out i was pregnant i stopped.I lost all my friends because they didnt understand what it was like to have a baby, but now hes at school i have grouse friends.Think long and hard about what you want to do because you really have to change your lifestyle when you have a child ↑ |

| Talk to a doctor and see what he/she says about it. You arent even legally old enough to drink so that tells me you have a drinking problem at a very young age,plus you admit to using a drug. If thats the kind of life you want to live then DONT bring a baby into your life. Abort it instead and then get on birthcontrol. I say abort rather than adot the baby out because I have a feeling you are not going to stay away from drugs and alcohol long enough to have a baby. So rather than endanger the unborn life of a baby, in this caes I think you should seriously consider having an abortion.Obviously you are very irresponsible and a child dependent on you for their survival is the last thing you need. ↑ |
