I bought a Snake for my mother, and my little cousin (who lives with us) keeps taking it out even though I told her not to...It doesn't like people, but when I tell her not to my mother says "What's the harm?" The snake isn't poisonous (that would just be stupid) but if my cousin gets bitten I'll be in trouble...(That's just how it'll be) what can I do to make my cousin leave the Snake alone?

Its good that the snake be handled as much as it can. By handleing it a lot it will get it use to people and hands. But if you dont want your cousin to handle it then take Atomic snowflakes advice and put it out of reach!
