Aw, I caught my cat playing with 'something' in the bedroom late last night! Turned out it was a little mouse! It was dead, but he was SO proud of himself and looked really shocked when I yelled at him to get out of the bedroom!

My husband was goin' bananas! *LOL*

I dunno what I'm gonna do when he starts bringing in baby birds, as it's nesting season very soon!

He's only 6 months old! What a killer kitty!!!!!!!!!

He looks SO handsome too.....beautiful, black, shiny coat.....:-D

Atomic where are the mice comming from, is he bringing them in or are they already in the house? My cats use to bring mice in through their cat door.

When I was a kid we had a cat that would catch squirrel's and bring them to the front porch. Just long enough for us to see what he caught. Then he would disappear with it for the rest of the day.

T my cats would bring mice, rats, birds, baby rabbits ect... any thing they could squeeze through their cat door! I would always find the mice and rats because my dog would sniff them out. I... tell ...ya ...its not fun chasing critters around the house! LOL!!

There's plenty of mice around here! They come from outside. There's a stream nearby and plenty of open areas, trees and bushes for them to hide in!

Squirrels are big for a cat aren't they? Crikey! I don't think that cats can manage to catch rats though. Rats are really nasty, vicious things!

I mean the wild ones, not the domesticated rats!

Ooo....you'll have to set a trap! Mice can chew through electrics and cause house-fires!

I will hire my cat out to you at a price of $50 per hour!

Where I use to live I had a rat living under my back step. He was really small when I first noticed him but after a few months he grew quite big! I would put food out for him and watch him through my door come running out for it. Well winter came he was still under there. I would see him tredge through the snow. Back and forth he would go, under the step and out from under the step he would come! I noticed after a while he was not comming and going, the food I put out wasnt beeing touched. Summer came I was cleaning out around the house foundation and there he was under my trash bin, dead! I feld so bad! I dont know what happend to him.

I've just seen Ratty goin' on walkabout. He ate some of the birdfood that had dropped onto the ground in the garden, then he's making his way down the street. He's a big one too! I'll have to clear the ground of all the birdfood now.

Atomic you have to admit he is a cutie!

Mmm.......perhaps......full of nasty germs though. I don't want him near the kids! The man from pest control came and told me that if I clear ALL the birdfood up then he probably won't come back.

Get him a bell on his collar. Then he won't be able to catch a thing.

He has got a bell! He's just super-fast! Either that or the mice are deaf! *LOL*

My cats could sneak up on things with a bell! How they do it is beside me!

Cats are very intelligent and have amazing physical capabilities. I love the way they're so graceful, peaceful and deadly all at the same time.

You do have to respect their cunning abilities!
