You can do acouple thing depending on the size of the fenced in area.
1) You can dig a trench oround the bottom of the fence and fill it with stones, It may deter him from digging.
2) Buy sinder blocks and place them along the in side of the fence line. ↑ |
you can buy a shorter fence and hookit about half a foot to a foot depending how big it is the rest you can lay down on the ground and let the grass grow up threw it you can also put a hot wire on it (that is what I was told from a resue place about my cocker getting out) i would try the fencing though. ↑ |
oh also you can lean the fence up top inwards if it is tall evough i have a 4 foot fence so my cocker can't go over it. ↑ |
I have no idea how my dogs get over it... it's a 4 foot high fence and they aren't even as tall as my knees and I'm only 5 foot 2 lol. ↑ |
i knew somone that thier dog climbed the fence. put his paws in the holes like you would to get over a fence.
if there is a spot that leans down a little bit even if it is not that much they maybe getting over there by using that i had find a spot that it was actually hooked to and move my fence cause there wasan inch gap the yoda(my cocker) got out of. oh are you dogs fixed cause that could be the problem. also they could just trying to get attenion even if it is bad. ↑ |
Neither one is fixed... the mixed one is the beagle's pup. But the mix is going to get fixed before the other ones next heat cycle. Those 2 dogs get so much attention there's no way they are starved for attention... they follow me all day, sit next to me, and the baby has even learned how to pet them lol... plus they think of themselves as the babies big time protectors... which is really cute... whenever anyone comes to the door the beagle runs over to the baby and stands in front of him lol ↑ |
that could be the reason the male get out if he smell a female in heat. do they get out all the time?
cause if one gets out the other may just follow. ↑ |
