I have noticed that this board is full of post from teen girls who say they are pregnant, want to get pregnant, or think they are pregnant. I understand that these girls need a place to ask questions and post, but this is a site for SINGLE PARENTS...I'm a single mom with a soon to be 3 year old son. But there are never any post about people who are already single parents.. I would love to talk to other people who are going through the same thing I am. Not people who want a baby or THINK they may be pregnant. Just needed to vent....thanks! ↓

Hey im going to be a single mummy, my ex is in the army, in east timor and has a new gf and does not want anything to do with me or the baby at this stage. Its tough..how do you manage. I worry i am always going to be alone. I fear that most of all as selfish as it sounds. ↑

Hey momof1, I'm a single mom to be. I'm 8 months and can't wait to give birth. I have seen other single mothers struggle and always said that would not be me and look at me now 27 yrs old about to be a single parent. It was stressful in the beginning but I feel better about it now. I know it's not going to be easy but I'll be alright. momof1, I am not a sinle parent, but I'd be willing to talk to you. Matter of fact I do talk to you on a few of these boards. How is your son this morning? Is the antibiotics still working good? Fever still down? I understand what you are saying though. I've seen the total bull thst people spew. Any teen who thinks they need a baby should realize that baby could grow up wanting the same thing. Also they should do research and see how hard it is to be a single parent. It is hard to be a parent with help. When they are little the problems are small. But try to be a parent to teenagers, who think because you passed 35 you have gotten dumb in your reclining years, and they know more than you. That is the real test on whether you are a good parent! ↑
