Hi there i need some advice and fast! I have a major toothache that is really badly affecting my life! It has turned into a toothache/ear ache/ sore throat in a matter of days! I need to know if it is safe to see a dentist while pregnant?????????

yes it is safe to see your denist while pregnate. Just let them know when you go in, as doing scans on your mouth can be harmful.

yes, it is safe. but don't let them take x-rays. you can get examined and be fine. i did it when i was pregnant with my first son because i had an infected tooth. oragel works well to get rid of the pain before you can get there. after i had him, i had to get all my teeth pulled (that was fun. NOT!!!! lol) just be careful. ask you OB about antibiotics you can take and see if that helps.

You must see a dentist it is good to keep your teeth heathly whilst pregnant.

I just had two fillings last week and am 23 weeks pregnant. They said as long as I was out of my first trimester it was fine and to try and get it done before the third because it is safe in your third but tends to be uncomfortable with the big belly, lol. Get your teeth taken care of hun,you need them. :0)
