Yesterday I was sure I was going into labor. My baby is due the end of September. The contractions started early in the morning on and off and just did not let up. My doula met me at Birthing center and the midwife was their delivering another baby. They said I was having Braxton Hicks. If these are false labor pains I am terrified of the real ones. I learned in my birthing class a little about them and since these just kept going I really thought I was in actual Labor. Any clues on how to stop these false contractions? ↓
