That is a load of malarky! I ate chocolate ALL the time when I was prego, and my baby is a big, healthy, handsome boy! Strawberries are a fruit. Do the math yourself on that one. As for the tea, you were probably told that because of the caffiene. As long as that is not all you drink, and it is in moderation when you do, your baby will be perfect. My friend drank caffienated pop all the time when she was prego, and her kid turned out just fine. I probable wouldn't recommend drinking as much as she did though. Two 20 ouncers per day.

Strawberries is something you're not supposed to give your baby till after they turn 12 months because of the raised risk of allergies. That is probably what you heard

Hello, I know there is alot to know about proper foods, but, strawberrys are safe to eat when your pregnant as a matter of fact they are recommended , chocolate is ok but in moderation because of the caffeine, and as for tea as long as its naturally decaffinated tea, your are fine, there is a book called
" What to Expect When your expecting" Its been like a bible to me, and it has all the foods you should and should not eat. As well as many other concerns. I hope this helps, Selena
