i have to lose weight, only thing is i can't i can do the exercising but soon get bored i realy struggle doing the dieting thing i am a typical yo yo dieter and cant eat healthy food cas i dont like it and its so much easier to eat crap like chcolate and crisps, please someone help me i am so needing to lose weight and get back to my size 10 clothes (i am a 14 atm if not more)
