the father of my daughter keeps making excuses to see his daughter. he is supposed to take her 2 days out of the week but never wants to. I always offer to let him see her and he makes up something that he has to do, then i find out that he is sleeping or playing video games. i offered him to let her have her satuarday when i had to wkr and he said he couldnt he would be with him mom all day. when i called there he was sleeping. Do i have the right to deny him to let ihm see her. We go to court tomorrow for child support and he wont even help me out with money. i asked him almost 1 week ago friday for money for child care cause i started working and he told me he couldnt then i found out he bought a video game instead what should i do? PLEASE HELP!!!

I am having the same problems. I'm also looking for legal advice for a mother's rights against lazy, excuse-making fathers. Let me know if you get any advice on this because I could sure use some...
