| Hi my names Natalie I'm 38 years old & I was Born with cerebral palsy. My parents were told I would never walk I had surgery to lengthen my Achilles tendons when I was 3 & then I started to walk after that. There's different levels of cp &the surgery that's available now is excellent. I've had lots of surgery over the years & am now fully independent. I run my own business,go to the gym cycle & I'm able to walk long distances I also have 3year old boy. My mam found it really hard to accept when I was first diagnosed as she worried about what kind of future I'd have. Hope this shows you there is hope for you son to. ↑ |
