HI i am new to this forum, I have been married now for 3 years and my husband and I have been thinking of trying for a baby, but we are worried he is 31 and i am 32, we both have jobs, mine is a good job with excellent maternity as i work as cabin crew so get nearly 2 years off, my husbands job is secure but its not what he wants to do forever, we have a rented house and are comfortable financially, we are unsure to start trying for a baby now or wait a bit longer, we both want a family but its a question of when to start trying, we have appointment with the doctor to discuss it next week, we want to know is our age a problem what do people out there think? can i have some advice please??

If everything is going so well why would you want to wait? Forgive my frankness, but you are in your thirties...get going, honey! Remember you will not have a baby for nine months so factor that in when you are devising a timeframe. Talk to your husband about his job, making a career change once the baby is here is not impossible. One thing I have learned about having children is, it is not as "hard" as you might think.
