HI i am new to this forum, I have been married now for 3 years and my husband and I have been thinking of trying for a baby, but we are worried he is 31 and i am 32, we both have jobs, mine is a good job with excellent maternity as i work as cabin crew so get nearly 2 years off, my husbands job is secure but its not what he wants to do forever, we have a rented house and are comfortable financially, we are unsure to start trying for a baby now or wait a bit longer, we both want a family but its a question of when to start trying, we have appointment with the doctor to discuss it next week, we want to know is our age a problem what do people out there think? can i have some advice please?? ↓

If everything is going so well why would you want to wait? Forgive my frankness, but you are in your thirties...get going, honey! Remember you will not have a baby for nine months so factor that in when you are devising a timeframe. Talk to your husband about his job, making a career change once the baby is here is not impossible. One thing I have learned about having children is, it is not as "hard" as you might think. ↑
