We had a guy that used to phone the nursing home where I was working nightshift. He used to do the heavy breathing thing! The care assistants told me about this when I went back to work and lo and behold he phoned the night I was on.
I answered the phone and started to get all concerned about him telling him that he should get an inhaler and some steroids etc. He got pretty pissed off and didn't phone again! I think he expected us to be scared! *LOL* ↑ |

where do you live, i mean country ?
and also, if you ring your phone company, you can tell them about this problem, and either ignore it, or take phone off the hook the times they do ring, or change your number, or you can arrange for call tracing,through phone company,
or next time they do ring, answer the phone and say in a calm voice, who ever you are, thanks for ringing, as I have put a call trace on you, and all i need is for you to call me one more time and you will be caught!
try that and let me know how that goes..
