When I go to the store I can't buy chocolate chip cookies because I will seriously eat the whole bag. Just wondering if there is anything you ladies can't buy or say no to if it comes home with you from the grocery store. Also snickers ice cream bars

serina, i sure can!!
chimichaungas

you will need: hamburger meat (amount according to number of people)
taco seasoning 1 package
refried beans(also amount according to how many people)
rotelle 1 karge can
shredded cheese i ailways buy large bag my boys love cheese
1 or 2 packages of large tortillas make sure they are large
cooking oil
cook the meat until done drain grease if nessasary add seasoning mix, rotelle, and refried beans.mix it all in good you might have to exchange meat in a large bowl depending on size that you are cooking it as it will be alot after you mix.
totillas you might need to heat up the package before use depending on how flexable they are the fresher the better.
take a large spoon and put 1 spoonful of meat mix on one end of tortilla ok this is the tricky part for me to explain but i will try: take and fold up the part that has the meat on it fold it towards the middle, then fols each side also into the middle, and then the big empty part at the top fold over all of the foldings this will secure it to be fried which is the next step
get your oil good and hot and put those babies in one at a time give them about 3 minutes on each side to get good and browned when you have fried all of them and yes your house will stink to high hwaven, then place them in the oven with the cheese on top for about 30 min on 350 then they are ready. hope you enjoy them as much as i do

guacamollie(sp)

alvacados not firm but not squishy,i usually buy 6 to 8
sour cream you can definatly use low fat or fat free
salsa any brand that you like altuogh the chunkier the better for me any way
cut and mash all alvacados in a bowl then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sourcream less is better then add 2 tablespoons of salsa may need a little more you can check that buy tasting mix all together and there you have it very easy and very tasty!!!! you may need or want to add some salt but thats up to you enjoy!!!

also on the amount of meat i will give you an example so you can at least go by that i use 3 pounds that will make the full 2 packages of tortillsa i at that point would buy 2 cans of refried beans and rotelle and seasoning that when you double the recipe which i always do all the niebors get to have some and stephen takes some to work ( well not all the nieghbors 2 or 3 of them)

I can sit and eat a whole block of sharp cheddar cheese with crackers,(the blocks where they sell 2 for $3). OR I can polish off all 4 cups of the chocolate pudding,OR I can sit and eat half the package of those little butterfingers candybars that come in packs of 10 for $1. I don't buy these things all the time BECAUSE this is what I do!!! What can I say, this is MY indulgence!!!! Besides,it's cheap too!!!!!

LOL...I'm the same way with Chocolate Chip Cookies. With my first pregnancy I could not get enough of cheddar cheese and chocolate (yeah together. Sound gross but it;s actually not to bad together) and potatoes. This pregnancy I'm not really sure I have had any strong cravings. I just got over morning sickness so right now any food to me taste good.

But Chocolate Chip cookies will get me all the time oh and Oreo Cookies with a large glass of milk...LOL

I just posted some recipes under "How much do you spend on groceries." Thanks for the recipes, my husband likes mexican and so does my 2 year old son.
