For the last couple weeks, Anika has FINALLY been peeing in the potty!! oh yeah!!!!!!!! YAAAAHHHOOOO!!!!!
she doesn't pee EVERY TIME in the potty...but there's more peeing in the potty than in her diapers.
i know some don't like those pull ups....but they have been working well for us. i tried the underwear under the diaper, but it still didn't make her feel wet enough...and I tried just underwear, but she kept peeing everywhere and didn't care....so the pull ups have the little hearts, flowers and stars on the front and they disappear if they get wet. so i told her "don't lose the hearts!!! if you pee in your diaper, the hearts will go away. so don't lose them ok?"
and it's working!!!!! yayayayaya!!!
now...when she's NOT wearing a diaper, she is all of the sudden FRANTIC to get one on if she has to poop. she still doesn't want to poop in the potty. lol...i tell her "you should poop in the potty like you pee in the potty" and she says "mmmmmm...nope mommy. i can't do that." lmao!!!
oh well...it's a start right?!?!?! ↓
