This is my first overnight away at work and I am having a breakdown. Baby is 3 months old and my mother over fed him so he was cranky for two hours with my husband. All I want to do is be home. ↓

He'll be okay. Babies are tough things! Try not to worry. It does get easier as time goes on.

Give your husband and mother a list with his routine on. Give precise instructions for feeding, bathing etc. This might make things easier for everyone. I used to give my husband a list before I set out to work and he used to tick each thing off so that when I returned I'd know that everything had been done for our baby. ↑
