Check into a personal instructor who can guide you. ↑ |
I'm lucky to get my pilates tape and a run on the treadmill in between work and the baby...unfortunately, the personal trainer at the gym isn't an option at this stage.
I assumed other's had tried and true suggestions they could offer that I could implement into a home workout routine. ↑ |
How long ago did you have your baby? ↑ |
9 months old. I see Denise Richards, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Garner and realize it's their job to look good, but time and money aside, WHAT is it that they do to snap back so quickly? And those were there 2nd babies. ↑ |
Yeah, if we can only have there money, to get the trainer and surgery when needed. :)
I'm not sure what state your in, but you can usually get a personal instructor to help you focus on the areas where you need to lose. Once you get the routine down, you can skip the instructor and do it on your own.
It's still still early, I'm sure you look great - so hang in there and keep your chin up. :) ↑ |
Walk, walk, walk....it will happen. Give it time and don't worry about it. ↑ |
Hips back to their old size ha ha ha. I don't believe this can happen plus isn't it nicer to be more curvy anyway. makes us look sexier and more womanly. Is it fat you are trying to lose or just trying to shrink the bones. ↑ |
It is possible to get your old shape back. I managed to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans about 4 weeks after DS was born. I did a lot of walking cause I don't really like exercise all that much. Also, with him breastfeeding it helped alot. ↑ |
