|One month old
Its been a crazy but wonderful month of having my baby boy Landon. Landon Zane was born March 17, 2014 @ 11:56pm. You are a St. Patrick's Day baby. You were 7 pounds 14 ounces and 20 inches long. You had a stork bite on your left eyelid and on your nose. You look so much like Ashton and Cayden. You came out crying and pee'd on Dr. Lemert. I cried when I saw you, you were so beautiful. I couldn't believe you were ours. We wanted you for so long and you were finally here. You had very dark blue eyes, they were so dark they looked black. You had a head full of black straight silky hair. In the sun it looks very light brownish blondish color.
Ashton and Cayden were so happy to come to the hospital to see you born. Nana, Ashton, Cayden, Mary Jane and Lupe were all there waiting for you to be born. Ashton went crazy on the camera and Cayden was just in awe of his new baby brother.
After you were born Mommy and Daddy went to recovery for an hour and we were able to bond with our new baby boy. We tried to breast feed with success!! Daddy was a proud Dad taking tons of pictures.
You were very good, only cried when you were hungry. You had your first bath the next morning and your first pictures. Ashton, Cayden and Nana came to visit you. Cayden was inspecting you, he was looking at you from head to toe. He was so curious about his baby brother. He went to school the next day very excited about your brother being born. He named you Cutie Cute. We came home on 3/20/14.
Nana was here to help with you and Ashton and Cayden until we all adjusted. It was rough, Mommy was a walking Zombie! Daddy and I finally got into a routine. Waiting for the day you sleep longer than three hours! Don't want my baby to grow up, your growing up too fast!
At your first Dr appointment we found out you had a tongue tie and a hernia. On April 7th you had an appointment with the ENT to get it snipped. Turns out you had a lip tie as well. That one was really bad the Dr said it was the worse he had ever seen. You needed this done ASAP. You had three stiches and was very cranky for about a week. The hernia they will watch to see if it closes on its own.
Landon you have been a joy the short time you have been here. You are the newest love of my life. I look at you and wonder how you complete our family. We love you baby boy!
