Hey there we live in GA no one would med. our daughter untill she was 5. Im sure youve heard about caffein. I have noticed a diffrence for some peoples kids but not mine. You might want to try it and maby cutting back on sugar intake we havent noticed a diff. with out daughter. If you look around online for diets for adhd kids you will find stuff. we havnt found one that works for our daughter but she also was diagnosted with ADHD , OCD, Severe Anxiety disorder and ODD. It has been a long rd. so far even with meds. she dosnt take them anymore she dosnt like them, but shes doing pretty good without them now that she is 9. She still has her good and bad days. but nothing like when she was young so that is real good . Good luck with your little one I dont know how bad it is but our daughter had in home therapy to help us threw when she was that litttle. Your local health departmen can give you the number to the funded mental health services in your area and that is free.Well agian good luck. ↑ |

You can try Omega 3; you can get it at any drugstore. It takes about 5 weeks to build up, but many people say it helps. ↑ |
