| Curiously, was it a lawyer that told you to go through your car insurance? I truely do not believe it. I would get a second opinion. I'm not trying to be silly but to exagerate, so if a child gets rape on a school bus, the matter should be handled through car insurance??....just different ways of being abuse, nonetheless, both kids still suffered tremendously. ↑ |

Hi irish amy
My son is still having many problems, we still have no help from the bus company or school. I was notified that they will no longer bus my son to school any more even though he is handicapped. I am currently awaiting an explanation for this but none is forthcoming. He still cannot sleep at night with out holding on to either my husband or myself . WE continue to endure with the hope that someday my son will be able to work through this trauma ↑ |

| hi majik25, i am so astounded at this i dont even know what to say that hasnt already been written here or what you and your family would have already said. when i did finish reading this and stopped crying i went straight up to my own son and hugged him so tightly.... I am so sorry for Dylan and you and your husband, you must feel so frustrated, hurt at the system and helpless that you are not getting anywhere. I think i would actually burst if i was in your shoes!!!! ↑ |

You can demand she be fired, my son was verbally abused on a bus and my husband went to the bus driver and told him if she does not know how to work with our kids she shouldn't be on this bus.
I would contact the Disability law Center in your state, the Parent Training Information center, go to a prepaid legal and pay mthly for services and have them write a letter to the school not only to reprimand her but to terminate her for endangerment of a child your child. You would contact bus transportation, check to see if they have it on camera. Most buses as soon as the bus is turned on the cameras go on at 15 minute increments or all the time. Check it out. I would also file a report at the police station for the violent threats to your son. Unbelievable!!! ↑ |

I have just revisited this post to see if there was any update and I read what you had written, OMG, how in God's name did you cope with what happeneed to both your children, my heart broke when I read it, I really feel for your daughter but at least she was able to tell you eventually but your poor son who could'nt even understand what was being done to him, THOSE BASTARDS!!!!!! I hope they die a long slow painful death!!!!!!!!!!! you poor family, I am so incensed by what you have all been through, my prayers for your children especially your son xx. ↑ |

Hi everyone, it has been a long time since i posted , We are still struggling but are finally starting the court process (see attached article that was in our local paper today)
