| I'm 13 and its going to be my big 14th birthday and I'm trying to think of a place to have my party at. I started thinking and I thought of having a party at my church which is like 5 miles away from my house. And I am tryin to think of something that no one has tryed before well that i no of. But any ways having like a movie slash dancing type party .... i think it would be pretty cool to do. But I dont know I need some more opinions for a Coed party??? HELP ↑ |

| remember when you were 13, yea you probably thought your parents were overprotective and cheesey. yes, give her a break, but don't let it get out of hand. Tell her that she can't have a party if she wan't them out of the house, but tell her we wcan hide out in their bedroom, and not disturbe. check up on the party in a cool way like asking if they want popcorn] do not let her have complete control. ↑ |

| I would reserve seats to go to the movies and have the girls watch a movie they will all like. Then I would have them go back to your house and have pizza & icecream. After they play a few games have them all get ready for a slumber party and rent a movie for them! ↑ |

| For my 13th birthday my dad paid for me and a couple girls and a couple guys to go to an amusment park. They gave me a cell phone and I had to check in every couple of hours but it was a blast.. can't get into too much trouble at a park at 13 but it was awesome and something i still remember 10 yrs later! ↑ |

Tell her that you think she's responsible enough to have that kind of party, but you also think that her friends could get a bit wild. But don't be in the middle of the party either. You could stay in your room. If she wants to have boys over too, don't worry about it. They're not gonna do anything... have fun! ↑ |

Offer for her to have the party downstairs while you are upstairs. That way things wont get out of hand, but she will still have tons of fun wtih her friends. Remember to promise you wont go down stairs until everyone leaves. I mean come on, whats the worst that can happen? Good luck!

last year i let my daughter have a hawaiian luau. we made grass skirts had a hawaiian buffet and decorated the house! it was great fun! try it out!
