I am pretty sure that after age 12 you can decide if you want to see one of your parents without having to go to court over it. Call a family law attorney. Many will just answer your question on the phone

I don't see how anyone can force you to visit your mum as you're old enough to decide. How is anyone going to force you into a car to visit? You're probably as big as an adult now anyway!

You have no right. If your parents were still married, you'd have to put up with both of them. So, you have no right, until you're 18 to decide who you want to see or not. I hope that you remember your words when you are a mother and your child says the same about you. Seems to me you are being very selfish, especially when there are so many children who's moms or dads do not continue to want to see them after a divorce.
