I have been fighting this battle for about three years. During my bad divorce I ask my husbands parents to let my girls stay with them so they could get out of harms way. This was only supposed to be temporary. The grandparents have physical custody with joint custody between all four of us. My ex-husband sees the girls everyday. I can only see them every other weekend, 2 hours on Wednesdays and 1 phone call on Mondays. I am wanting full custody of my girls back. Does anyone know any laws that would help me get my girls back. They have never been abused. The judge will not hear the case just yet. I have an attorney but I would like to know for my self if anyone has been able to regain custody from a third party. Hi, my name is Joanna. I'm 26 years old. I have a 3yr old and a 4yr old by my ex husband. we have tried working with cps but they refused to give us a chance to prove to them and the court
system, that we can be good parents. But since they didn't, we had to agree to let my parents raise them. I see my kids whenever it is convenient for my parents. There has to be a better reason than what you giving here on why you cant get custody. You are obviously keeping something back. They just dont keep children away from their parents for no reason. Why dont you hav custody in the first place? ↑
