My boyfriend can not get his personal belongings back. She also will not take his name off a banking account, a credit card and several things such as cable he is not required to pay. She keeps playing games and stalling saying she will take care of it, but it never happens. He says he will eventually and says he keeps asking, however I think he just doesn't want to deal with her making a scene. I think it is hugely disrespectful to me to have her still have his clothes in her closet and accounts the court has ordered closed, still open as joint. I can see this dragging on indefinitely as she is a control freak. How can I make him see he should stop letting her control her when she should not have any more control as they are divorced. ↓
