I am married but he isnt the father of my baby. we have been seperated for almost 3 yrs and we both want a devorice he said he was going to start it but never did. now i am in love with another man and he is the father of my baby but the state is saying i cant put his name on the birth certificate when the baby is born. i know i need to get a pertnity test done but they cost so much and i will never be able to afford it. i just dont know what to do i want my devorice and my new life with my son and the man i love. i need some help ↓
